The Art of Boxing gym is under the management of Johnny Gant and Byron Olgesby. Many years of amateur and professional boxing experience comes to the facility as a result of their leadership. While both men work with both professionals and amateurs, they are both committed to the youth of Atlanta.

The professional fighters who fell under Johnny's tutor ledge include the bronze medal winner of the 1988 Olympics, Romalis Ellis and Steve Dotson, who fought for a world title against Tim Austin in 2001. His amateurs fighters include Natalie Brown, 2 times golden gloves, and the 1 time National Pal champion, and 2002
